Job Title: Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager-

Job Type: Full-time- Direct Hire 90K-100K with comprehensive benefit package
Job Description: The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment across our global locations. This role involves developing, implementing, and supporting policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement environmental and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct training programs for managers and employees on work site safety practices, including new hire orientation.
  • Review and investigate incident reports, ensuring prompt and accurate documentation of root causes and corrective actions.
  • Enforce the use of safety equipment through collaboration with supply chain managers and leaders.
  • Oversee emergency action plans and participate in managing workers' compensation.
  • Lead and coordinate security operations, including the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
  • Assist in budget preparation for safety and health initiatives.
  • Track and compile data for corporate safety metrics reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records for all environmental programs and OSHA compliance.
  • Lead Global Safety Committee meetings and activities to drive the development of EHS programs.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in safety/environmental studies or related field, or equivalent of 5 years' experience leading EHS programs.
  • Experience in ergonomics, behavioral safety, and waste water reporting preferred.
  • Proven track record of empowering employees to drive change and improve safety performance.
  • Previous experience mentoring leadership teams and implementing strategic planning processes for EHS programs.
  • Certifications preferred: OSHA certifications, EPA training as required.
